League Governance

The CBSL League Governance documents, including the Articles of Organization and Bylaws, are available below. These documents have been reviewed and adopted by the CBSL Board and establish the formal governance structure for the league.

Together, the Articles of Organization and Bylaws define the league’s purpose, nonprofit character, Board authority, officer responsibilities, membership framework, decision-making procedures, financial oversight, codes of conduct, dispute-resolution process, and the Board’s authority to interpret and amend league policies. They are intended to provide a clear and consistent administrative framework for operating the league in a fair, transparent, and organized manner.

The CBSL Board will continue to review these documents and related league policies on an annual basis to ensure they remain aligned with the league’s mission of providing a safe, competitive, development-focused, and enjoyable summer baseball experience for participating towns, players, coaches, families, and umpires.
